1st of all Nintendo is publicly held so all that money isn't theirs. If the Wii u gets recalled they won't fold but allot of people will be fired. Then they will have to spend a boat load of money on a new console. After the fact they will have to advertise and convince gamers to buy another Nintendo after the Wii u which won't be easy.
