Right: it affects all Dreamcast videos. It has to do with how they are encoded and their (in)compatability with the new player. A solution is forthcoming, but Dreamcast videos aren't terribly high on the priority list.
You seem to be having trouble with our CDN. There was a brief slowdown last night, but your problems seem to be limited to your machine. Your profile says you're from China, so firewall issues may be a valid concern. Otherwise, you will probably need to search your computer for any utilities/add-ons that might be blocking traffic to our image servers. Perhaps try another browser. In any case, it seems to be an isolated incident.
