Listen folks, these games really are pretty cool and I understand why they score high on the reviews...when its working.  Let me tell you though, you will and can guarantee to have installation problems, patch problems, connectivity problems, etc. and can even further expect to get NO support from EA. 

I am so disappointed in EA and the issues associated with these games.  If your going to build a game and sell it, then you need to be able to support it and allow folks to play it.  If you don't believe me, go over to EA's website and check out the forums...under the section "members helping members" you'll find nothing but unresolved issues.
