Sony could still go the subsidized subscription model route. The free of charge nature of the PSN has literally no bearing on their ability to do so, especially with PS+ already in place.

@dametreusp Eh I grew to dislike Hayter after playing part of the Jedi Knight story in TOR. It's just so bad, and I can now hear the resemblance in Snake whenever I see/hear an MGS cutscene.

I really don't think anyone will miss David once they hear Kiefer. He's literally perfect for the role and his range is so much greater than Hayter's.

Metal Gear has always been big on theatrics, I really think TPP will be a new high for the series.

@buccomatic I have no idea what you are moaning about, but I only played DA2 for a couple of hours before relieving myself of the pain. However I am 90% sure this is an overreaction so would like to tell you to get over yourself.

So why does Kinect need to be plugged in for the device to function? There is no possible way in which every possible Xbox One application will require Kinect functionality.

MS will argue that the voice command capabilities of Kinect are integral to the system but there should be a way to deactivate the camera and there is no real reason why the two components needed to be part of the same peripheral anyway.

There are thousands of small businesses that will suffer to the point of collapse if the pre-owned market dries up and Microsoft don't seen to care if they allow it to happen as long as it benefits them financially.

@HarlemKingpin21 The point he is making (and I thought he made it very well) is that the conference did little to inspire a sense of awe and wonder. Creators need to be innovators in order to prevent the market from stagnating and rather than propose something new and exciting Microsoft leaned on the current cornerstones of their market and basically said 'here, you will get to do more of this on our new system'.

Can you honestly say Microsoft displayed any features in their new console that will improve on how you already play games? The gaming related content they presented amounted to little more than an uninspired facelift and uninformative statements about an increase in the number of processes/calculations able to be carried out in sports games. It offered no explanation as to how this will improve gameplay.
