I think gaming is "changing", like all change some like it, some don't mind it and well some just damn well hate it. The truth of the matter is, Online gaming is the future, whether its a necessity or not is another question entirely, however its pretty safe to say that the vast majority of the population that plays games has an active internet connection. NOW i am not sticking up for Blizzard, but i do understand why they and other company's are going down this road. Unlucky for us however, a few all ways spoil it for the rest. Hacking and game piracy has all ways been a big revenue stealer for the multimedia/gaming industry and unfortunately drastic measures need to be taken to ensure a company's success. Diablo 3, were gonna love it, were gonna hate it but mark my words those who actually WANT it. Well there gonna be chasing by any means to find some source of internet connection. After all, were gamers.
