I really liked both series. The Dark Tower books are the only books by Stephen King I've actually enjoyed besides some of his short stories. I think I would like The Stand as well though, and will read that sometime. Harry Potter is an excellent series because of sheer entertainment factor. It's full of incredible imagination, great storyline, and lovable characters. For me, however, The Dark Tower series blows it away with incredible locations and amazing, complicated characters.
When you try to view the online version of the Half Life 2 game guide, something is wrong with the bottom part of the website. It covers the content of the guide. See especially the cheats and the walkthrough section.
Getting frustrated with that, I decided to try to download the guide... but the link takes me to Halflife 2's news page. Yikes!
I'm in the same boat, Norton expired about a month ago, every day it asks me to renew it. idk im getting a laptop this year so i don't know if its really worth it to re new since this comp won't get much use. can anyone recommend a good free virus program?hockey73
If you aren't going to be using that computer often, then I would definately not pay for any new software for it. In my case, this is a 1 year old PC in great shape that I intend to keep for quite a while.
I'm getting tired of Windows and McAfee Security Center both screaming at me that my antivirus software subscription has expired. I know I'm not getting any new virus updates, and it's important to have them, but $70 for just one year is SO expensive!
