I always put story in front, as the most important part. The second is music and sound which should intense some story moments, after that comes gameplay and It doesn't matter for me if it is linear or not it just needs to be good. After that the game should at least be 10 hours in length to me to say it's good. The last thing in my list is the graphic, if all the other aspects are great and only the graphic is rubish and the game would cost $60 I would buy it :D. Anyway, I think games have a great chance to be the best story telling medium, but like Pratcher said, the writers should be able to interact with the development team as much as possible and give them direction to how to do some parts of the game so that the story makes sense.

oh, I forgot Alan Wake which is looking great but if it goes like this it looks like Duke Nuke forever is going to get a competition for the longest developing period  Deus Ex 3 is also a bit high up but not like the other games :P since I'm not fan of Halo, ODST is just going to be a mild theme for me, and I can't wait to see Bayonetta :D

My most anticipated games at E3 are: 1) Final Fantasy XIII (better say the whole compelation of Fabula Nova Crystalis) 2) Starcraft II 3) God of War III 4) Some new informations about Kingdom Hearts :D 5) Dark Void I'm also looking forward to Beyond good and evil 2, Heavy Rain, some new informations about the new Batman game 'cause it looks good, Assassin's Creed 2, Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2 are also high up. I'm also looking forward to some new informations about a new Mario game and the same for Zelda, and I'm really excited about the 2 new Pokemon games, considering that Silver & Gold are my favorite :D Dragon Age: Origins is also high up even though I was so upset when the PC version was delayed :( Since Sims 3 is comming out just some days after E3, there won't probably be anything much about it. The sequal to one of the best PS3 games till now, is also high up, and I'm talking about Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. I would like to hear more about Sony's MMO games for the PS3 which were planed for this year but are delayed for the next one. I also want to hear more about the DLC's for GTA IV and Fallout 3 :D There probably more games but I can't remember all of them now, and no, I didn't forget Modern Warfare 2, I'm not fan of the first one and I can bet it will become a 8/10 from GS :P now I just have to wait for E3 :D

I understand all of this, and I'm happy that I can use original games, but piracy is well spread in my country. If I should estimate how many people have pirated once, it would be for sure above 90%, and probably some 50, if not even 60% and more, just have pirated games in there collection. Now why is this so? Mostly because of the prices of softwares and hardwares. Unlike US, Germany, Canada, Japan and even Australia, we have a very low average monthly wage, which is somewhere around $1000 per month if you take all people, but this number goes to some $700 for normal workers and peoples and we for sure won't spend all that money on games and consoles, and the PS3 costs about $625-$700 here. A game costs the same as anywhere else, that's sure, but to pay €50 (some $65) for a game is too much for our standards. DRM is a nice thing, and almost everyone in my country, even when the games is pirated, has his own copy of a game, but just because the game costs on that way between $3-$7, but I saw a funny thing, while I was walking down the street, I saw a pirated version of the Orange Box, and it costed $10, the same price as it costs now on Steam, and that was funny. I'm one of those who supports DRM as far as they are user friendly and I'll encourage the publishers and developers, if it is possible, to cut the price of there games after a month period (if the game costs $60 on the begin, why not lower that price on at least $40 after a month, and after two months on at least $30). If you ask me, piracy is well spread just because of the high prices of games and hardwares and it will stay so all until we all don't have the same average wage or the price of games and consoles lower down for at least 33%.

everybody knows that PS3 is a bit behind 360 but PS3 can read 3 times more formats (music, video and picture formats) and +blu-ray player and that's the main reason why PS3 is more expensive then 360 and why do it have less good graphic. Overall a PC with this configuration costs about 3000-3500 $ so no suprise the consoles are more popular. After all this I will admit that it doesn't matter at all, just take the game, play it and enjoy and tell the tale futrher ;)

it's nice to see the comparacion but everybody knew that a high-end Pc is much superior then the consoles but I must admit that I even thought it would be a greater difference.

There is differenc but Sony said while there were making the PS3 they want to make a multimedia console and to honest the pictures are better on 360 but I wouldn't care on which one would I play. I like the PS3 more but for gaming the 360 is a bit better.
