In response to sarthaksharma and the rest of you getting all worked up about this article... Apparently you don't know how big name companies work. Sony, and any other company by that matter, have people that look into what other people in the industry and community are saying about their products. It allows them to know what the people want in order to better their products. Emailing this feature to Phil Harrison isn't needed. Trust me, someone within Sony will see this. And don't be so ignorant as to say the Playstation has never had any major hardware problems. Have you ever even heard what happened to the PS2 at launch? Read the article more carefully. They didn't make a big deal about hardware malfunctions, they are simply giving the suggestion that support for any problems that have come up could be better handled. (i.e. better customer support and faster fixes). The need for to bring up the X360s rings of death is just childish IMO. MS has at least acknowledged it's problems and are addressing the issues. Wow, you fan boys are ridiculous. GS tries to help out the PS community, but instead you people read it as a hateful article and call it nonsense. I'll be honest here and say that I'm not a big fan of Sony, but everything said in this feature has its valid points. GS isn't necessarily even bashing on the PS3, they are simply addressing issues that could better the console. To say the editors are just writing a bunch of nonsense is beyond me.

im wanting and waiting for everything on that list with the exception of the ps3. maybe after a year or so i might be interested in it, but bah my 360 and my future Revolution (haha i still refuse to call it the Wii) is all i really need. id probably add the 360 wireless racing wheel from microsoft for pgr3 and forza2
