I called Walmart and asked the guy if they had Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorow- he replies with "no we don't have it, I think that was an xbox only release."
I'd have to say the Harrier boss battle in Metal Gear Solid 2 on Extreme difficulty. One hit from those rockets puts you down. Also the Metal Gear Rays were pretty difficult because there was so many of them.
