basicly, IN BRITISH POUNDS this comes to £464

This is queit alot for me as i am a student and only work about 15 hours a week for terrible pay, so it will take a few months for me to save up

I was just wondering if there is a program that can scan your background processes, see what ones are necessery and if they should be tehre, fine, but if there is any that is not needed and possibly virus running program or something...like a .exe as in like a keylogger or something and can find it and tell me??
