That's what I did, and what I meant by the Control Panel. I see no such command.

Alright, I bought a 4 GB memory stick and a Media Manager for my PSP yesterday, but there are some things I don't understand.

First off, when I go to the Control Panel for photos, I see no ''Set As Wallpaper'' command, despite being told that this is what I must do to, well, set a wallpaper. What am I doing wrong?

And second, when I try to put a video on my PSP, I get the following error message:

The following files are not compatible:

C:\Documents & Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Videos\[Guerrand]Lucky Star 19[AE123F03].avi

The file is 175 MB.

Last week, I reset my router to change my IP address (lol ban evasion). But now, I have either reset my WEP key or have none, so I can't access the internet from my DS, Wii, or PS3. Hey. So, I gotmy Wii about a month ago,and now i'm buying from the VC..But i'm using a VISA Debit Card.

I was wondering if, when I fill the form out on the Wii, if I buy it on a debit card, but I enter the billing information...Will it appear on my parent's credit card bill? Just wondering before I do anything else.
