Professor Layton and the Curious Village Is one of them games that you see on the TV or in a mag or see other people play and think to yourself...what is the point in there there is no action no killing no health and no way to die. Having said that if you think that way about Professor Layton and the Curious Village then you are realy missinbg out on one of them games that will eat up hours like i do hot meals...Maybe even more than that :).

Set in the village of St. Mystere you play the role of both Professor Layton and his young assistant Luke as they try to solve the mystery of the Golden Apple....Now this village is not all as it seems as people seem to be going missing and then turn up with no clue as to what has just happened to them.

During this game you will be solving other problems as well as bigger puzzles that need you to complete other puzzles so you can get the parts for them. One it a torn up painting and the other is finding parts to build a robot dog that you can then name and use to help you find hidden hint coins.

All in all Professor Layton and the Curious Village is a very good DS game and a very good game in general. It is a game that need wit more than it dose reaction times and there is no way to fail as if you can not do a puzzle (unless you need to solve the puzzle to move the game on) you can just move on and come back to it.

So if your a fan of games like this or you want to try out something differant then this is the game for you.
