The game has several flaws

User Rating: 3.5 | Prince of Persia PC
I always enjoyed the Prince of Persia series. It has always done it for me. This version of Prince of Persia came to me in a way that kinda let me down. I admit that the environment and the animated graphics give the game a fantastic look. Furthermore the Prince looks pretty cool with his new set of clothes and a fancy sword and not to mention the beautiful lady on his side to make things "interesting".

I was a bit confused on what was going on as i had expected the game to continue the series story line. The game has repetitive bosses and the same enemies throughout the game! The prince comes in the story as some bandit who does not even have time manipulation powers at all.

He has to follow the little princess and carry out her bidding.
I am deeply disappointed in this game because the game producers have completely changed everything that made the game a classic for its name. I thoroughly enjoyed Prince of persia Warrior within because it delivered the following:

1. Completely different enemies in different levels
2.A vast amount of puzzles
3.An advanced single or dual sword combat mechanism
4.The Prince could use his surroundings as a weapon to engage foes
5. Possession of the sands of time
6. Immersible game play that requires a lot of effort to complete the game
7.Challenging bosses that require practice to beat

If the above elements were included in the game, it would have turned out great. Now the game is just based on a washed down Prince who is trying to woo on some poorly dressed girl. Ubisoft could have sold more copies of the game if it was in shops on Valentino at the time because it appears that it is only catering for the romantic!
