Final fantasy 1 meets Zelda 1

Popolocrois is like a throwback to Zelda 1 or Final Fantasy 1. The game play is simple and straightforward. The movies are entertaining but not as informative as one might like for the game, and the monotony of having to fight low level enemies can be very monotonous. As long as on watches their HP and MP u can defeat most bosses with ease. The different books though gives you a lot of game play and if you choose to control the different battle situations then you may find the game interesting.

Will this game survive the ages...in my opinion no, but the one time play is worth it

    Unique blend of strategy and old school RPG in the combat system. Good story. All around enjoyable.
