This was my first Pokemon game and I knew what to expect from the series!

It's time for the Pokemon Sapphire Review! For the GBA.

This game was my very first Pokemon game, and actually my first GBA game.

If you haven't played a Pokemon RPG before, basically it works like this. You go to the 8 gyms, collect badges, go to Elite Four, beat the champion. However there is more to it. You also catch Pokemon and fight Team Aqua. Well, at least in this version.

The graphics are fine for the GBA.

The controls work fine as well, although that's not really saying much for this game.

You can also trade and battle with friends with a Link Cable. Trading is necessary to get most of the Pokemon since some are exclusive to Ruby and some are exclusive to Sapphire. Obviously, you can't trade from previous generations.

I wish I could say more, but that would spoil everything and I don't wanna do that.

So in conclusion, Pokemon Sapphire is a great game. This game gets a 8.5 out of 10 with the title of Great.
