An amazing remake that is packed with content

When I was young and I had the original Gold version for the Gameboy Color, I played it and loved it like pretty much any installment of Pokémon, I wouldn't have said it was as good as the Blue and Red version but it was a really good game, So how does the remake stack up to it, well I would say it's not as good but very close they did an outstanding job on this one. yeah there are the same Pokémon from the Johto region and yeah there are the same gym leaders, but everything is redone and stylish, and not only that but you are not only limited to just catching Johto region Pokémon, you can catch Kanto,Sinnoh,and Hoenn region Pokémon, which will make you come to play this game over and over again just to try and truly catch them all, and not only are there the 8 gyms of the Johto Region but there are also the 8 gyms of the Kanto region, which are really a great addition too, and you can rebattle trainers and not only just them but gym leaders too, which can be really useful when you are trying to level up your Pokémon quickly. There are also a ton of legendary Pokémon in this one, There are obviously Ho-Oh and Lugia, but also Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza and many more in fact there are a whole lot you can catch and that is so awesome, I love that they did that. If you like Pokémon you will play this game for hours and hours and hours, I have logged more than a hundred hours into my game and that is probably the most I have ever played a game for, it's so addicting, you can truly try and catch them all and not only in one region in all of them. I have caught 274 and there are still many more Pokémon to catch, so like I said if you want to catch them all you could be playing for a really long time.
Overall this may be just as good as the first gold version it may be even better, Sure some will say well isn't this the same old gameplay in each installment of Pokémon well yeah it is, but you know what tell me you stopped playing this game after you had been playing for over a half an hour, and your lying if you said you did, let's be honest sure it's got the same gameplay but it's still addictive as usual and if it's not broke don't fix it. So I know I'm getting off topic, if you like Pokémon this game will be another great addition to your collection, if you don't like Pokémon then this is your chance to like it this is one of their best installments.
