I play this game since I was 6 years old! I guess great games never die.

Personally I'm nol really found of RPG's and the Pokemon series is the only RPG's that I like.
When I was a kid I used to watch the Pokemon cartoons and my love for this brand began that way. This addiction to the Pokemon world was the reason that made me ask for a Game Boy and Pokemon Blue and it definetly worth it.

It's really cooll playing with all those strange creatures, try to collect them all and train them. There are 151 Pokemons (there is a way of catching Mew or trade it with the Gold/Crystal/Silver version) and you can develop them until level 100 (I caught them all).

The story begins when we get out of our home town and get our first Pokemon from Professor Oak (we can choose beteween 3) and start our journey to get to the Pokemon League and become the best trainer in the world. Throughout our experience we will fight against other trainers like us and fight some wild Pokemons that we can catch (if we can), with the help of a Pokeball.
We can only carry with us 6 Pokemons and all the other we have are stored in PC's that can be accessed from Stores and Houses. Some of those Pokemons evolve into a more powerfull and different creature when a certain level is reached.

Another great component of this game is it's multiplayer. With a simple cable link we can batle against a friend of ours and trade Pokemons with him (some Pokemons of the Blue Version doesn't appear on the Red Version, that's why it is necessary to trade some of them to have all the 151).

I could be talking about his game all day long, but none of my words will describe it better then playing it. If you can't stand the graphics of the time, you can always play the more recent ones like Saphire or Emerald, because the formula is still the same. And guess what? All those games are great!
