People think Pokemon has gone too far going into it's 5th Generation. I am going to have to disagree.

When this game was first announced, i could not have been happier. I knew this game would have me hooked the second i started playing. After a year of remakes of Gold and Silver i'm glad GameFreak had switched back to fresh new Pokemon. A lot of players thought the new Generation 5 Pokemon looked foolish and "unoriginal". Well, maybe that's the point. The game would lose it's spunk if all the new Pokemon looked similar to the old ones.
The story line of this game is superb just like all of it's predecessors. Just like the previous games the main story can be beat in a day or two. But that is not what true fans play pokemon for. They play it so they can train their pokemon for hundreds of hours and make them as good as they can be with all the right stats. True fans beat the story as quickly as possible so they can get right to training their pokemon to the best of their ability. Just like all the of the other pokemon you have endless possibilities. you can have as many pokemon as you virtually want and more! Ever since i got this game i haven't put it down, and i dont think you will either!
