Fun, addictive, HARD AS HECK

Well this game truly reminds me of the oh-so-popular computer flash game, Defend Your Castle. But instead of dragging up stickmen and dropping them to their bloody doom, you turn forest trees into towers that do everything from shooting arrows to unleashing a deadly wave of electricity onto the non-stop onslaught of little monsters. All this to save a little hut filled with smiley, bouncy.....things. This game is EXTREMELY addictive, and really fun. However, don't be surprised when you find yourself repeating the easiest levels just to save that one bouncy creature that was killed.
The gameplay goes as follows: You start off with a little money, with which you can build several defensive towers. These towers attack the wave of baddies, and they drop coins and gems. Pick up these coins to build more towers, and pick up the gems to research new, deadlier towers. Towers upgrade based on how many enemies they kill, but you can speed up the process by dancing. Yes, dancing. However, each level has a unique design, and placing towers becomes very strategic. Poorly placed towers can lead to the death of all the little bouncy things, in which case you must start over. Also, time is of the essence. It's a race to place towers before the next wave comes, and your onscreen avatar moves painfully slow. This calls for more strategy.
The music is okay, but the electronica-esque elevator music doesn't really fit the whole tribal theme, and while catchy at times, during the long, frustrating levels, the music can get really old, really fast.
Visuals are good for a birds-eye-view game, they are nice and sharp.

All in all, if you have eight dollars and time to spare, buy this entertaing little RTS. Especially if you're a fan of Defend your Caslte.
