Yarrr... Hopeless Game Of The Port Bow!

Pirates Of The Caribbean: Legend of Jack Sparrow is a Disney game. Though Disney has surprised me with quality games, this isn't one of them.

On the back, it says "do what Jack does, fight how Jack fights" yadda yadda yadda. It's nothing. This game is just hack and slash, hack and slash, beat a boss, hack and slash. The game is unbelievably easy, except for Blacksmoke James, who I still cannot beat. The graphics aren't bad, like there's some nice touches, like when an undead pirate goes in the moonlight, he turns to a skeleton. The music is cool, and I'm a huge fan of the Pirates music, so I'm pretty happy here. The game has some unlockables, like art, and... art, but that's about it. The story is strange. It's like the first movie, if Jack had his way every time in the movie. Johnny Depp does Jack's voice, but the rest of the actors dogged Johnny and stuck him with a bunch of rip offs, but they do a good job. You can tell it's not them, but hey, who cares? Well, I kinda do, but it doesn't matter, they're cool. The game has a two player co-op mode, which is mildly fun, and helps because the AI sidekick is an idiot.

Overall, I was really dissapointed. I enjoyed the movies, but the game is... only for die hard fans, and I mean the type who will go to work dressed as Captain Barbossa with a plasitc monkey glued to their shoulder.
