Picto-chat. Where's the chat? Very unclear feature that should have been utilized with Wi-Fi.

As most of us know, Picto-chat is the feature on our Nintendo DS that comes with the package. It's got fun games, and cool features, like drawing and chatting. It would be possible to chat with friends who also have a DS.

The only puzzling thing is that there is no Wi-Fi feature. When I first got my DS, I was amazed at all the things it could do, but as far as Picto-chat, I couldn't decide how to use it. Even if I did have lots of friends with a DS, I wouldn't be able to ACTUALLY chat. I would be withing a few feet or pretty much in the same room chatting with them, does that feature make sense?

I could understand drawing and playing games if you're extremely bored, but that's about it. You'd probably even get bored while doing that. Overall, even though it's fun to use, it would have been much better with the ability to connect wirelessly to others around the world. The DS has the power, I know it.

  Pictochat is a very easy thing to learn. And, when you buy a DS or DS Lite, it comes with the system.
