''This game sucks!'' ''Objection! There is no evidence to support this statement!''
There are five cases to solve in this game. For most of the cases, you start by investigating the scenes of crime to gather evidence by searching the area and talking to witnesses. Then you go to court against a prosecutor who will try to prove your client guilty.
What is different about this game is that you can play as Mia Fey, Phoenix Wright's deceased mentor. The characters are memorable and some of them came back from the two previous games. Even the humorous Larry Butz is back to play a stupid role again ! Worse of all, he is still very useful. Trials and Tribulation has a great storyline which involves around the mysterious prosecutor Godot. However, some aspects seem to be repetitive. The third and fourth cases have an element that is very much alike.
Just like the two other Phoenix Wright games, Trials and Tribulations offers an awesome final case. This last turnabout is also the perfect way to close this excellent trilogy.
