One of the best adventure games ever.

Paper Mario has all my respect. This game is not only one of the best Mario games, but also the first one to be done in 2D!
Mario lives in Toad town with his brother Luigi. He receives an invitation from Princess Peach to a party at the castle. Mario accepts it and goes to visit her. They are having a little chat and suddenly the castle rises to the skies! What has happened? Bowser appears, and fights Mario. Mario won't let him hurt Princess Peach, but unfortunately, he is not prepared to fight Bowser and the Star Rod, so he loses the fight. Mario gets thrown out of the hovering castle, and into the vast. Bowser stole the Star Rod from Star Heaven! It has the power to grant any wish someone has. So, Bowser stole it and got it full of the most evil wishes you can imagine. Will Mario save Princess Peach and rescue the stars from Star Heaven? Or will he fail to save her once and for all?

    Paper Mario was a blast to play and one of the best RPGs for the N64 (if that means anything).
