As good as golf can get.
Graphics: 10/10. The graphics are simply beautiful. Although there are minor graphic glitches that is practically any game on the handheld. The 18 Characters and 9 Courses are all very detailed and beautiful.
Sound: 10/10. A fun and quirky soundtrack is heard throughout this game and as far as I could tell no real sound glitches.
Playability: 10/10. The control scheme is so insanely simple that you could pick up this game and within half an hour of playing feel like a pro. The simple three click system is flawless and even the special shots and techniques really aren't that complicated.
Storyline: 10/10. The story is funny and quite lengthy. I had no idea they could add a story to PangYa and they even expanded on backstory of characters and everything. It was simply amazing.
Replay Value: Very High. There is so much to do in this game such as story mode, licenses, tournaments, and collecting all the items. You can keep yourself busy for ages and even once you do all that it is fun to revisit your favorite courses and hone your skills.

Final Thoughts: This is the definition of a great game. Fun gameplay, great sound, great graphics for its' time, and so much to do it will keep you busy for hours. If you only buy one PSP game this is the one you should get.
