This is a slightly above average racing game, but that is not enough with other racing games like Burnout 3 and Project Gotham Racing 2 out. The arcade racing style was a little disappointing to me because I have never been a big fan of that. The controls were decent and the fact that when you are ever about to get stuck you spin or fly back in control was pretty cool. The graphics are pretty good, but I can’t stand the sound. I cringe every time I hear that little SEGA music, too bad the music wasn’t more like Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. This game is also lacking a splitscreen feature that every good racing game should have. The main reason that I bought this game is because of the car selection. I mean you can’t go wrong with a full roster of Ferraris. There was only a slight problem with the car selection. It was that there weren’t that many cars compared to most other racing games. The lack of more unlockables was also a slight downfall, but one good part about this game was that there were a ton of different kinds of racing types. You could have drift matches, adding races, and all other types. Overall this game was a nice try that stayed afloat due to some good graphics and creative thinking.
