Break out the Gimp!

If you are someone like myself who finds the sport of golf VERY boring, you might want to check out Outlaw Golf 2. Not only can you play the traditional round of golf, but several other options are thrown in as well once you unlock them in the rather difficult tour mode. These other options include modes such as baseball and pick up sticks. You may be asking yourself what does baseball have to do with golf? Normally not a thing, but here you get bases based on how you di on the hole. A par equals a single, a birdie is a double and so on. Then, there's pick up sticks. if you win a hole on this mode, you get to take one the clubs out of your opponents bag so its not available to them from that point on. There are other reason to play through the tour mode with each player. You can unlock things such as new clubs and outfits as well.

The courses themselves are a lot different than your standard country club game. You won't be seeing any well manicured greens, uptight business men or haughty heiresses here. No, this is Outlaw Golf. You'll be playing golf in such places as a highway overpass and out in the desert. The desert course offers glimpes of pyramids and the Sphinx in the background. Therte are 8 other unusual courses to play through as well.

The most outlandish part of Outlaw Golf 2 is the players themselves. You have players like Harley the liquor swilling, bike-riding redneck chick, Summer the stripper, El Suave a latino sex fiend, and Suki the dominatrix plus six more. Each character comes with their own caddie. Suki has a big fat guy dressed in a gimp suit. During the game your composure meter increases or decreases depending on how well you just shot the last stroke. If you hit well then your meter goes up and you're fine. If you didn't hit a particullarly good shot your meter will go down and it will affect how well you shoot the next time. At such points when your meater is low, you can unleash your inner Happy Gilmore and beat the living snot out of your caddie to regain your composure.

That does't sound like a golf game to me. Exactly. that's why it may appeal to those of you who aren't really into golf or are looking for something a little different than anything else out there. And believe me, this is way out there. This is your grandpa's golf. If it was, it wouldn't be this much fun.
