This title has something to offer any video golf fan...that is, of course, if you enjoy low-brow humor.
GRAPHICS: The golfers are rendered very well and the courses look sharp. The only complaint would be the spectators; graphically they looked spindly and are lacking detail. This is a relatively minor gripe, however.
SOUND: Dave Attell (Comedy Central's Insomniac) does the play-by-play. If you like his standup, you'll likely like his soundbytes. They do , however, begin to repeat early. You can adjust the eclectic music soundtrack that comes with the game by subtracting track from the playlist or ommitting it altogether (you can also incorporate your own). The sounds of the club hitting ball, ball hitting water/fairway/cup and the gallery are there and done well.
VALUE: For $20 new you really can't go wrong, especially with all the different syles of play and unlockables. Replay is high, especially with friends. Great for a laugh or a competivie round of golf. The humor and related content is hit and miss but is certainly not appropriate for children.
IN SUMMATION: A great budget title that is addictive, fun and keep you entertained for a long while. Highly recommended to the mature crowd.
