Buggy game flashes you the finger
The BAD:
The AI is the least of this game's problems. Although it is funny when you shoot at the AI players to have them squirming on the ground doing a cha cha. This happens quite frequently in multi if they are not ordered to do something.
I've shot players 6+ times with the chinese rifle and the guy still didnt die.
I cant choose what weapon i want before I go in. Im not suggesting a chinese rifle in the hand of an american, im just saying something other than what the grouping dictates. Thats completely retarded.
Joining a game is a complete pain unless joining a quick game. even then its hit or miss.
Also the OF: DR community seems to be half-full of arrogant people. Nothing like finally joining a game to get kicked for no reason other than them not knowing me. Even the whining little kids in COD are better than this.
Checkpoints...where are they? Have you seen them? Can I not do a mission in single player...die 2 hours later, only to start from the beginning? WTF?! This game is hard, but to make it tedious as well!? ARRRGGGHHGHGHGHGH!!!1
Weapons without scope are practically useless except for heavy machine guns. You have to shoot a dot at the other side of the map...no scope? good luck
achievements are lame
the good: nothing...just kidding.
The game is realistic and it does provide a sense of accomplishment when you do get past a mission. The realism is fun for me since it provides more thinking about cover, strategy.
This game looks great...has nice scenery
Co-op is fun if you can get a game going
Fun to fun around in a free environment...bigger maps.
*update 3/10/10* - Checked recently, this game's multiplayer is still not patched. Id like to see more people start complaining about codemasters and their lack of support for their games. This will be the only and last codemasters game I buy
