Halo meets Body Harvest.

For $10 (1,000 wii points) Onslaught sure is a steal ,you get 13 missions and online play with co-op and death match. You play as a troop in a war between the Humans and Bugs. The bland presentation makes it hard to get into (or care) about the story. All you need to know is the bugs need to die. The missions are basic, you'll defend your bass/object or destroy all the bugs in an area. The large scale battles and exploration help keep this from getting boring. Theres even ranks for people who want to go back and get better. The controls are different from other fps. The D pad selects your weapons, A switches something, B shoots, C gets out a grenade (numb chuck throws it) and holding down the Z and swinging it gets out your saber. Theres also fling the wiimote to reload and fling the numb chuck to wipe acid from your helmet. It can be come disorienting at times and takes getting use to. The aiming is solid and the weapons have different feel to them. Turning around is slow and zoom in, dash ,and duck seem to be absent from the game. The online play is basic with co-op score duel and vs score, but it's fun and to to wiiware standards. Over all this is a fun game and even with missions that seem to blend the huge scale of bugs and big boss battles will help make up for it.
