I'll try to make this review as short as possible, because I know you all have some other things to do then read this.

Story: One Piece:Grand Adventure is about a boy named Monkey D. Luffy who wants to become the King of The Pirates, he embarks on a journey with his fellow crew mates and sets sail to the Grand Line to retrieve a legendary treasure called One Piece. The story seems harmless enough. But trust me as you continue through your "ADVENTURE" in the game, you will always keep asking yourself "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON?" and that is not a good sign for a videogame, remember story is always an important part in a videogame, in which this one lacks to tell the story well. 3 out of 5
Gameplay: One Piece is a brawler. A pretty decent one but it still lacks something, something called MULTIPLAYER! It would be great if you can battle with three of your other friends, but noooooooo it was only able to support 2 players even though the Gamecube could support two other people, I mean come on man that's the only reason why I bought the Gamecube, well that, and Smash Bros. There is a story mode, what you're basically doing is fighting, gathering Crew Members, fighting, meeting new people, fighting, sailing the oceans, fighting, and well fighting. Not much to do in story mode but fight. 4 out of 5
Graphics:The game actually didn't do that bad in graphics, I mean it's cel shaded, and well cel shaded graphics look awesome. Also the secret attacks look pretty cool too, I just wish I didn't have to watch the same special over and over and over again. -1 out of 5
Sound: The soundtrack, and sound effects in the game aren't bad at all but there is one thing that really got to me. THE HORRIBLE VOICE ACTING! Jeez what came out of the characters mouths weren't voices, it was just a bunch of vomit that a dog ate and pooped out then ate again. MAN IT WAS JUST A NIGHTMARE, IN ALL MY LIFE I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE VOICE ACTING, and just for that I'm giving sound a negative score, this is the first time I have done this folks, hopefully it will be my last.

Overall: One Piece:Grand Adventure had some potential, but it just decided to throw it away, no multiplayer, bad voice acting, a horrible story mode, man the only good thing about the game was the fighting and graphics, One Piece:Grand Adventure does not live up to the show at all, it proabably never will.
