Nintendo Wii Review

User Rating: 8.5 | Wii Hardware WII
The Nintendo Wii is probably the most underrated console in history. I picked up the console in 2006, waiting in line for an hour in a Washing, D.C parking lot. Tons of people talk about how once they got the Wii, they thought it was boring, sold it, and got a PS3 or XBOX360. But I actually took some effort to go out looking for games for the Wii and doing some research, and I found at least 100 Wii games with an average rating of at least 9.0 by critics and readers. The Wii also destroys the other two systems with exclusives, and 75% are quality, fun exclusives. Sure, the Wii doesn't have the best graphics or explosions everyone with a M-rating on the cover, but it's a great console in terms of gameplay. The games are kiddy, for the most part, but they are a blast to play, especially when you have company over.

Overall, I'd rate the Wii like this.

Gameplay: 9.5/10 (AMAZING)
Graphics: 7/10 (PRETTY GOOD)
Multiplayer: 10/10 (INCREDIBLE)
Single-Player: 8/10 (GREAT)

Overall Rating: 8.7/10 (GREAT)
