While this has the chance to be a truely great ninja game, you eventually feel like your playing a pattern puzzle game.

Gameplay- Nightshade is an interesting ninja action game. In this game, you must attempt to defeat enemies usually in a pattern, as set up by the way enemies are placed. Unfortunately, this restrictive gameplay is more of a pitfall than an asset (literally, some enemies mu8st be killed to keep from falling into a pit). Graphics- The game itself is beautiful, one of my better looking PS2 games Sound- Once again, the sound is excellent Value- There are plenty of unlockables and all to make you want to keep playing... the gameplay though hampers its actual replayability, because you will be doing the same thing over and over Tilt- It's lucky I gave it a 6... this game could have been MUCH better... it is enjoyable, but no where near a classic
