Waste of money. Wait till this title hits the $20 or less bin before purchasing. Retro 94' mode is a joke.

Compared to '13 there is slight improvements. The main reason for getting this game was to play the old NHL'94 on my 360. Well what a disappointment that was. Its literally ice painted blue, SEGA music with 94' style controls while playing '14!!!! Thanks EA you could of at least included the original title :( Is it even possible to have the rosters from 94!? I couldn't find it.

Now back to 14'. Played a few rounds online, play now and a best of 7 playoffs tournament. One thing I noticed right away is it does not really matter which team you choose in the NHL they all seem fairly equal except the goal tending. You can definitely tell the difference between Quick infront of the net compared to Fleury.

The new fighting style is a good improvement. Although now to start one you just have to body check the opposing team hard and the gloves get dropped. This can get tiresome since I like to play physical which causes approx 4+ fights a game with periods set to 5minutes!

There are also Graphical glitches all over the place in the cutscenes. Such as a player going back to the bench and hes standing right beside the coach behind other players, jittery players, sticks missing, etc...

Get this game if your a diehard fan of NHL like me. I gave it 6.5 b/c of the huge disappointment from 94' its just plain freakin sad.
