Take-Two today confirmed it had acquired the WWE license from THQ and will ship WWE '14 for unspecified "consoles" this fall. Take-Two's new deal with the WWE is described as multiyear, though financial terms were not specified.
Series developer Yuke's is behind WWE '14.
Specific platforms for WWE '14 were not announced, though next-generation platforms from Microsoft and Sony will reportedly be on shelves this holiday season.
Sony may even announce the PlayStation 4 this evening during a New York City event.
