Tokyo Jungle to add Remote Play
Patch for North American and European versions to come soon, says Sony Worldwide Studios president.
The quirky adventure game Tokyo Jungle will be getting an upcoming patch that allows Remote Play functionality.
According to a Twitter feed post from Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida, the company is preparing the patch for the North American and European versions of the game. He also added that the release information for this will be coming soon; no official date has been stated.
The Remote Play option allows players to access PS3 data using their PS Vita. Users can access games, movies and pictures from the PS3 through their PS Vita without a television.
Yoshida was at Tokyo Game Show 2012 last week to talk about Sony's crossplay plans between the PS Vita, the PSP and PS3. For more information, check out GameSpot's interview with the president.
