The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD coming October 2013
Nintendo adds that the Tingle Tuner has been adjusted for the Wii U.
Nintendo has announced that its HD remake of GameCube classic The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker will be released for the Wii U in October 2013.
Speaking during the latest Nintendo Direct, company president Satoru Iwata added that the Tingle Tuner from the original--which required connecting the GameCube to the Game Boy Advance--will be incorporated into the Wii U GamePad. Players will now be able to send off messages and screenshots in bottles, and messages of other players will wash up into every game.
Iwata also confirmed that The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD will run in 1080p.
