The PC version of State of Decay will feature enhanced graphics and an improved frame rate for high-end systems, though it won't have any different content or features.

For time and testing reasons, the company explained, the PC version of State of Decay will not have modding tools, though the company has "no objection" to mods or modders.

"We look forward to seeing what our PC players come up with," the developer said.

State of Decay for the PC will be featured in Steam's Early Access program, and the initial release will support controllers only "for the purposes of feedback." The final version will "of course" have keyboard/mouse support, the developer said.
