Ratchet & Clank HD collection spotted - Report
Amazon France listing suggests high-definition combination pack of PlayStation 2 action titles due out May 16 on PlayStation 3.
A Ratchet & Clank HD collection will arrive on May 16, according to an Amazon France product listing spotted by the GameStop-owned Game Informer magazine
The listing has since been removed and provided no mention as to which games will be included in the pack. PlayStation 2 Ratchet & Clank titles include the original Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, and Ratchet: Deadlocked. Two PSP installments in the series--Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank--were also ported to the PS2.
As of press time, Sony had not responded to GameSpot's request for comment.
Sony has not announced a Ratchet & Clank high-definition collection, but the company is no stranger to HD packs of PS2 titles for the PlayStation 3. The company has shipped PS3 HD collections for Sly Cooper, God of War, Jak and Daxter, and Ico & Shadow of the Colossus.
