Last May, the Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) held the Licence2Play game fair in Singapore, which showcased the New Paper Cyber Challenge game tournament, the Digital Life Android Awards, and the Licence2Play Cyber Wellness Campaign. The event also organized a few game tournaments using games such as Gran Turismo 5 and free-to-play shooter Sudden Attack. SCOGA will be holding another Licence2Play event again from December 2 to December 4.

Just like with the last one, admission to the event is free. Gamers who wish to get hands-on with the real-time strategy title DOTA 2, as well as spectate competitive play of the game live, can check out StarHub Entertainment's DOTA 2 Invitational on the same dates. Players will have to form a team and register on StarHub Entertainment's Facebook page. The deadline for sign-ups will close on November 29.

The grand finals of the Singapore-China Game Box Championships will also be held at the event. Local titles used in the championships are digital collectible card game Tactics Anthem Online 2 (PC), action platformer Rocketbirds: Revolution (PS3), action title Straw Hat Samurai Duels (PC), and social game Fish-a-Fish (PC).
