Batman: Arkham City adding Harley Quinn DLC - Report

Someone needs to honestly tell Rocksteady to make some more DLC, honestly how many times can you continue to play as batman.. How about a post arkham city catwoman dlc, Nightwing DLC (with an actual voice plz) , or maybe a better robin DLC, at least some fresh skins; like ones based off of Movie batman (Nolan's preferred,or Keaton batman is ok),or even other comic book stylized skins of him. Hell make them all play slightly different ... Something please cause I would definitely like a reason to keep playing Arkham City.

Sooooooooo disapointing, felt great playing as Robin in a campaign driven story arc but it was so quick i didnt really get any time to enjoy it - wasn't worth the money Rocksteady, I feel robbed

is it gonna be available for PC? If, yes will I be needing the Arkham city's DVD?

When I finished Asylum and while playing City, I thought the one thing they could do for this type of game was to keep adding content after content.  In much the same way comics are published monthly with various story lines, they could keep adding content/new story lines to what we already have.

If it is just new challenge maps, forget it. I fail to see why anyone would want to PAY for nothing but new maps where you button mash to get a high score. Sure, you get a new "character"...but it is still just challenge maps. Boring, pointless. If it doesn't add to the SP campaign, I have no use for it. Also, new skins do NOTHING to the game. Nickel and dime DLC.

I haven't quite 100%'ed this game yet.I need to get back into it.It was one of last year's very best.

Might have to dust off my copy for this. I know I know, it was such a great game but I've been playing current titles like ME3, SSX and I picked up the DLC for Deus Ex: Human Revolution so I need to get back into that game too.

@supertom221 : Of course fanboyism,I so blindly support a game I don't even own....I'm not applauding disc-locked content or dlc,but as rampant as it is today I'm glad it's not any worse for Arkham City.

@moviequest14 I should be grateful? Now you're not talking in logic, just pure fanboyism. I spit in the face of anyone who makes and supports these tactics. I don't give a flying duck which games made by who. Hell, even if it was Kojima doing that to Metal Gear Solid, i'd spit at it all the same. That's worse than DLC, you fool, that's Disc-Locked content. And story content, no less. I advise you to reconsider what you said, and think very good about your next purchase. You're not just hurting everyone else-- you're hurting yourself.

@moviequest14 The problem was your original statement was pretty much completely wrong: Yeah, stuff was removed, all of the Catwoman stuff was supposed to be a part of the game and was removed so there was an excuse to put in an Online Pass/day 1 DLC. The actual DLC of the game we've been given, the challenge maps, are terribly repetitive, boring and widely regarded as the worst excuse for DLC any games ever had. Theres no purpose to the DLC for this game so far as long as those DLC's are nothing more then single-player arena's that amount to button mashing for cheap achievements/trophies.. They're a waste of money.

This "challenge" map garbage is the WORST DLC ever conceived. Why on earth would I pay money to mash buttons to try and get combos and high scores in arena maps? Utterly BORING! I want new campaign missions, not frakin' challenge maps. Rocksteady makes good games, but horrible DLC.

@supertom221 : What does that have to do with dlc? Hell,as bad as most developers are today you should be happy catwoman was the only thing locked with used copies.

Finally got around to playing this a couple days ago. Easily in the top 5 of games I've played. Hope they're able to make a third one.

Arkham City is a perfect example of how dlc SHOULD be used in a game.You are given an entire game with nothing removed...you can fully enjoy the game without a bit of dlc,but the dlc that is there has a lot of purpose and is worth the money...DICE should learn a lesson from them.

Finally! I've been waiting for a story-related DLC ever since the game's release. Play as Robin in a story and it focuses around Harley? Count me in 100%!
