Black 3DS XL launching August 11
New version of handheld gaming system to arrive in North America next month alongside Mario & Luigi: Dream Team.
Nintendo will release a black 3DS XL on August 11 in North America, the company announced today. The new version will join currently available options, including blue, red, and pink.
No mention was made of a release in Europe or other regions.
The black 3DS XL will arrive on the same day in North America as 3DS game Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. The role-playing game arrived in Europe earlier this month.
The new 3D XL color option was first revealed via a Canadian retailer leak earlier this month.
