Uncharted 3 adds animal-themed DLC for charity
Developer Naughty Dog giving proceeds from t-shirts and weapon skins to a charity that supports the prevention of cruelty to animals.
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception's multiplayer modes will get new animal-themed DLC this month, with proceeds going to a charity supporting the prevention of cruelty to animals.
Throughout April, players of Naughty Dog's now free-to-play shooter will be able to purchase t-shirts and weapon skins featuring Pogo and Trumpet, the pets of studio co-presidents Evan Wells and Christophe Balestra.
Other animal-themed content will also be made available in April, including premium animal masks including, among others, a t-rex, shark, and panda. April's Uncharted 3 tournament rewards are also animal themed, and feature a raptor mask, a Mr Croc t-shirt, and a crocodile print weapon camo.
Players can get more details on Uncharted 3's April content from the Naughty Dog site.
Uncharted 3 went free-to-play at the end of February, allowing PlayStation 3 owners to reach level 15 without having to purchase the game. Over 350,000 players have downloaded Uncharted 3 since it was released as free-to-play.
