With Phil Harrison heading out of the door this week, Sony Computer Entertainment America is reshuffling its executive ranks.

Robert Dyer will take up the post of senior vice president of publisher relations. Dyer comes from the Crave Entertainment Group, where he worked as president and chief operating officer since 2004. Previous to this role, he also worked for both Eidos Interactive and Crystal Dynamics.

Ian Jackson will become vice president of sales, comes from his position as managing director of Sony Computer Entertainment Canada, and also worked in sales at EA, Panasonic, and Microsoft. Sally Buchanan--who currently works for SCEA--will become vice president of human resources.

The three will step into their new roles between March and April, and will report directly to SCEA president Jack Tretton.
