GDC heads to Paris
The event formerly known as the Lyon Game Developers Conference is relocating to the French capital.
Last year's Lyon Game Developers Conference took place between December 3 and 4 at the Centre de Congres in Lyon, although this year the event is waving adieu to southeast France and moving into the capital city.
Although there are no details yet beyond the confirmation of the new location, last year's event saw some 450 attendees joining the event, and Cevat Yerli, the CEO of German developer Crytek, give a keynote address about Crysis.
However, it's unclear whether or not Game Connection, which took place alongside Lyon GDC last year, will also be moving to Paris or remaining in Lyon to take place as a separate event.
Meanwhile, in the US, the Game Developers Conference 2008 is set to take place a little earlier than last year in San Francisco between February 18 and 22.
