For the second week in a row, Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl for the Nintendo DS have taken out first and second spots, respectively, in the Australian game sales charts, according to data provided by Gfk Australia.

AFL Premiership 2007 for the PlayStation 2 had a strong debut, breaking into the overall game charts at number four for the week of June 25 to July 1. Colin McRea's latest trip around the track has landed the Xbox 360 version of DiRT in ninth spot. And after taking a few weeks off, God of War II has narrowly made it back into the overall charts, battling into 10th position.

In other chart news, Mario Strikers: Charged Football remains at the top of the Wii charts, while The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess remains in second place.
