Its only a short clip of the Xbox 360 attacking its owner (i watched da movie). It came to life after it was hit by the allspark's energy. Its a decepticon by the way since everything that comes to life from the allspark are decepticons. Strange if how the autobots came to life.

ok i dont get it on the interview 1 it says that the game wil come out at the end of june but on play.com and game.co.uk and mainly all the other sites that sell games say it comes out on the twentieth of july.WTF!!!! im so confused

I have a good idea for the Transformers script if there is indeed a transforming Xbox 360 that makes it into the movie. Why not have the Xbox 360 be the autobot and the Ps3 a decepticon (or the other way around) then have a fight scene where the consoles can duke it out to the satisfaction of all the ranting Sony and Microsoft fanboys who go see the movie can finally see which system will win the war between the two. If it was finally brought to rest in the movie then hopefully everyone would stop going at each other about what is better the Xbox 360 or PS3.

The Xbox would probably sprout legs, take three steps, then fall over due to a red ring of death.

Firstly @ hiraku97: Bumblebee had to change as VW wouldn't give the approval to be used in the film. Maily because they didn't want it to be affiliated with war. Megatron doesn't change into a gun because of proportion issues. Soundwave's not a tape player any more because be honest. Who uses tape anymore?

They've updated the classic formula. Had they kept the original designs they would have looked blocky, squared and lame.

@ g-master999: Idiot. The Japanese arc's of TF have nothing to do with the Western counterpart or the movie... or Beast Wars. This is actual G1 remodeled. While most spin of seasons use the original names, or variations that sound like the original name. This is Starscream, Megatron Optimus and Scorpinox and co.

I hope this is good. Please lord, let this game be good. TF on the ps2 was OK but it was lame ass Armada, and I like Hotrod..little flamed decaled dude, not some twerp called Hotshot who's just an annoying little kid... Anyway, I'm hoping for King Kong, Spider-Man 2 quality here Activision... not.... [can't think of poor activision made movie based game]....Well anything based on X-Men that doesn't have legend attached to the end...

I think they should leave it as the classic transofrmers and not change anything sinc ein my opinion that was the most entertaining part, seeing cars transforming, but yeah I grew up with beast wars also and funny how I didn't know much about the original transformers until me and my uncle were watching TV and I changed the channel to Beast Wars and he got excited and started telling me all about who used to be what (like how optimus was a fire truck but now a gorilla)

what's the point at really embracing the film so early? Through out the years the transformers fans have left interist becuase of the dramatic changes in the series. there is only a small few that really have sat through all the series. Right now they only people interisted in this film have blind faith we will see a direct adaptation of the 1986 animated film. Isn't this sign enough that isn't the film that we are going to get?

Stop dissing beast wars, it was just plain awesome. Megatron was a work of genius in it, ooooh yesssssss. Even then, it's no where near as good as reboot, which is absolutely the best show ever.

As for the film, well with michael bay onboard, it's going to sink like the titanic, the poor bugger.

My Xbox360 is really a robot in disguise.

I'm 20 and grew up on the 1st gen series and loved it. To me it is behind Robotech/Macross as one of the greatest series to make it to the US. Maybe the Xbox350 idea is a little bit of product placement but I kind of like the fact that Bumblebee isn't a Volkswagen Bettle but the new Chevy Camaro and his nemesis in the film Brawl is the new Mustang. I have seen some pics of both cars from the film and they both look bada$$. So purest of the show all I have to say is shut up. It needed a little update.

I, too, was crushed to find Optimus is supposed to be a firetruck. Now, unless Attack of the Show on G4 is just screwing with people, they showed a few of the transformers. I will probably see it, but I have zero expectations now. What's next, "You've got the Touch" remade by, I don't know, Limp Bizcuit or something? Ah, well, this is just the first in a long line of what may be crap...Thundercats, a new He-Man, Live DBZ, not to mention that live action Evangelion...I shudder to think what the future holds...changing these things, why, the terrorists have won!

OH DEAR GOD!,

when i first heard the rumours of the transformers movie it was a childhood dream, especially when i heard it was gonna be Generation 1 transformers,

now with the execption of megatron, and soundwave, seeing bumble bee as a camero is a huge let down, all these transformers being nothing like the original has got me kinda pissed,

megatron shouldn't be a small hand gun, that was alway weird maybe a tank as he had appeared as of late that seems ok,

bumble bee should be remisant of a VW sure there is the liscencing arrangements, an all, but he's a smaller car,

a transformer being a x360 no probs sound wave sure thing but, 4 feet high? least make it applicable damnit! he a big one.

this film is only in pre-production and already im not looking forward to it now, hopefully in the future it can re-persude me to part with my money.

I have accepted Michael Bay as the director of the new movie, I am pleased that Spielberg is helping to produce it. I for one am going to go see it, most likely on Opening Day. I am not expecting Shakespeare when I go to see it, nor should I. I have the first season of TF Generation 1 on DVD and I own the whole BEASTWARS series on DVD. I personally liked the writing of Beastwars. "Code of Hero" is still the single best 25 minutes of animated cartoon ever. But I digress, I am not thrilled at Prime being a Firetruck but I will reserve judgement until after I have seen the movie.

Bay also said that there will be no spacial transformations... As in a boombox transforming into a 50 foot robot A gun doing the same. Megatron would have to be a freaking huge gun to transform into a giant robot. So a tank makes more sense. Soundbyte also makes more sense in that he would be a smaller robot.

Prime and Megatron have to be huge. They have to be larger then life. So to make him a gun when he doesn't want to make any spacial transformations... That would be stupid.

I for one saw both I just liked the Animals more.
Why because when I was little I really wanted to live like in a zoo.
Not saying I did not like the first ones I just thought seeing the other ones where fun too. I liked both just prefered the other one's.So nothing wrong with that every one has there likes and dislikes.I think its good to see a movie but do not have big hopes with how it sounds but hope it will go well.

"There's been a lot of chatter about character names and what "things" may be called in the script. I'm going to let everyone in on a little secret. Something that the writers don't know, nor my crew, or Steven Spielberg, or the presidents of Paramount and Dreamworks. Not even Don Murphy who is not involved on the day to day with this movie.

Many of the names in the script are ALIASES."

He also says that no one but himself, (not even the actors) have the full script.

I guess Optimus Prime is going to be an Escalade now. Thanks Hollywood for screwing up another one of my fond childhood memories.
