Refreshing F2P MMO in a great setting.

I didn't expect much because the client was so small and it is F2P, but I've been playing the beta and I find it tons of fun. Lots of things to do, great customization options, varied and interesting classes, fantastic music and sounds, fun combat and a great story reminiscent of the Bioware/Obsidian games.

The fact that community-made adventures can actually help you gain good loot, for free (unless you count patience as currency), is a really good and smart addition. Immersion is much more intense and it gives the player many different distractions from the main game that are well worth exploring.

There are some aspects that are obviously money grabs, but as long as the player is a little bit cautious, it's not hard to ignore them and just play the game. Plus it's really fun and it rewards playing through instead of just paying money.
