This is much improved from the last version. The graphics are still a bit grainy.. to me, the quality is the same, but not sure if I like the button configuration.. I had to practice for 2 hours, before I quit hitting O instead of X for turbo on defense.. and ^ instead of L2 for the run/passing icons, but other than that, this game is awesome. Sound.. its the same lame ass commentary from last year, what no new sound bites? I do like the new juke.. and the player runs, leans, and falls foward instead of getting stopped at the line, its much more realistic. The AI on defense is a huge improvement.. batted balls are definately something to think about, instead of putting the ball up. The home field advantage..nice touch. Works nicely. My personal favorite feature, is the new defense.. run pitch blitz.. smokin'! As a defensively player, this is a very welcome addition. Pust the new down on R3 shows when players are rattled, plus not sure if anyone caught this during the preview, but the game during a timeout, gives you the option to pump up your team. That's cool. If you are not having a good series, take a timeout! Then you can boost your OL to give your QB more time, definately way more balance in this game. Now if I can just learn how to throw the ball, I will be in good shape...
