If you have ever played NFL Blitz this game is like the Blitz of basketball.This no rules freefall game is a very good idea and game. The games in this game are street games that plays by 1s and 2s,you play to 21, and you have to win by 2. Some notable features in gameplay are your gamebreakers and trick points. In this game u need to win but shooting threes or jumpshots the whole game wont cut it. You also have to use your flashy moves and your powerful throw it down dunks. These things aernt just there to look cool. You also get rewarded for doing your trick moves one way you get rewarded is by filling up your gamebreaker meter when it eventually gets filled up you can use your gamebreaker. Your gamebreaker either takes away 1 point and gives it to you if you shoot inside the arc or dunk, it takes 2 away and gives you 2 if you shoot your shot outside the arc. Now your probably thinking why would you do a dunk or shot inside the arc then because a dunk inside the arc gets 50,000 trick points where as a jumpshot of any kind only gives you 25,000 trick points which leads me to the second way you get rewarded for trick points. The other way you get rewarded is the more trick points you get the more skill points you get to improve your created player Your created player is very essential to your team so there is many ways to trick him out and make him look sweet. You can also build him into the ultimate baller skills wise There are 2 main gameplay modes City Circuit and Hold the court. City Circuit is your story mode basically. In Circuit mode you play your way through differnt brackets of NBA teams so you can compete against the street legends and there teams. After you beat a street legend you can have him on your team and you unlock his home court for hold the court mode. Which brings me to Hold The Court, this mode is basically made for 2 player mode its just a mode where you can play pickup games. In conclusion NBA Street is the first basketball game of its kind and set the way for many more freefall basketball games and it is a very memorable game which set a standard for all arcade basketball games.
