NARC is a GTA inspired rip-off of a game. The characters models are decent, but the enviroments and cars look horrible. Add the face that everything is black, and you'll end up strainig your eyes. The sound effects are pretty good, but there is horrible voice acting. There is normal GTA crappy gameplay with a few weapons in 3rd person style, hijacking cars, and various missions. The one twist is that you can take drugs to boost your health, Hulk style, but this is a stupid feature. The whole single-player game is around 10 hours long, and evn though there are no collectibles or multiplayer, the game is open-ended. Lastly, NARC is very easy and has no bonus features. Overall, NARC is a crappy GTA wannabe and there are much better games in the genre.
